Hmmmm now that you have found it its too bad the C & C Warranty doesnt cover physical degradation of the stone. Maybe contact them and see if they will warranty it. It should not be crumbling away surely it is a problem with the stone?

Comparing DK to a mass producer (LOGR) prices is not really fair either. LOGR is known for having decent quality cheap settings. They can do it so cheap because they mass produce them and so the have the volume to be able to offer cheap prices. Yo
