I e-mailed him asking if one of the "replica diamonds" could be cut to smaller specs and he said that his business partner was out of town and wouldn't be back for several weeks and I'd have to wait till then to get an answer. I'm thinking if he has part ownership in the company and is answering customer inquiries he should probably become more knowledgeable about his products.
