i can't speak for anyone else, but i'm looking forward to next week - when Liebcor (on ebay) will be re-opening after having been closed for the holiday!
they do yellow, white & rose gold - and sterling silver - and have reasonable prices on everything including stone setting.
plus their silver pieces can be pre-notched so you could set the stones yourself if you want.

and... i purchased a ring from Overstock a few days ago (silver) and i'll be switching the stone out from that one, to one of the OEC's.
