We've got a new supplier that we are working with now, and should be starting to get some nice blues and pinks synthetics available in the next month or so. These will range from .20ct - .50ct max, so smaller range, but we are looking forward to being able to do some jewelry with additional colors (think pink and white alternating, small stud earrings, etc).

We'll have one or two sample diamonds here next week, and will post photos then plus a pricing range!

Best regards,
Less

When you say "synthetic" you mean actual 100% pure carbon diamonds with a hardness of 10, octahedron crystal, refractive index of 2.42 and all that? Is that correct? As in "cultured" HPHT crystals? You're not talking about moissanite, zirconium, or asha, right?

Oh, boy, I can't wait to see.

Hi Kuren,
DA is correct - we don't use misleading words...these will be true Takara cultured diamonds.

These will be 100% (99.99x% to be technical) isometric carbon - blues will be blue due to the addition of boron, same as the natural blue diamonds. Will also conduct electricity, a feat that only real blue diamonds can do.

I'm very excited about these - we have multiple new 3 stone rings in the works that we plan to feature the pinks and blues in....such as a very elegant 3 stone ring with .4 - .50ct pink center, side .25ct natural russian white diamonds, etc.

We also have a new supplier of .25ct - .75ct white diamonds coming from Russia - just got our first batch of them this week, they are outstanding. G/VS range, very well cut, and we'll be using these to accent the pinks and blues, or use the smaller pink and blues to accent a center white....this opens up a whole new vista of jewelry design for us by having pink and blue cultured diamonds.

We're awaiting a shipment early next week, we'll be giving them to Elliott Gem Lab for their review and appraisal after we get them and photo them for you to see!

Best regards,
Less

Kuren, I hope you are not in shock over this news, or the promise of pictures!

I am in shock! I can't wait to see!

The conduction of electricity is the coolest part. I can see myself now: "/me takes off ring, hooks up electrodes, shows off to coworkers" Yeah, I'm a geek.
