I see these on info-mercials and am pretty sure I've read about them on the board here. I am satisfied with my Mary Kay, but I'm tempted to try the bare minerals. My question is...Once it is on your face, does it look at all powdery? It seems as if it would, but I get the impression that it is not. They say that it just seems as if you have no makeup on whatever. Also, I have really dark under-eye circles. My current concealer works well. I was wondering about theirs. Powdery under-eyes would look really bad with my bags and wrinkles!! I would appreciate any feedback anyone has. Thanks girls!!!

I love BE and it does not look powdery on me. Matter of fact, it sinks right in and it looks like I am not wearing make-up at all.It also controls my oil very well and my face does not look shiny. I know it makes some ladies look shiny though. It depends on your skin.

I still have to use under eye concealer, but I dab some BE "Summer Bisque" on the top, and some "Wide Awake" in the corners and it sets all day.

I love the shadows too...but I can't use the glimmer (sparkly) on my entire lid because some of the minerals make my eyelid look wrinkled. I can wear all the matte and glimpse (little bit of sparkle) colors.

MrsC, do a search and you will find tons of feedback on BE. I love the stuff myself. I'm addicted to bisque...lol. Covers flaws really well. I used Mary Kay for over 20 years, but when I tried BE...I was hooked! I would advise you to find someone in your area who sells BE, and have a make over. That way you will know what colors you will need.

Oh, and no, it doesn't look powdery, nor does it get into fine lines. It blends so well, you'd never know you had make-up on. It gives you a beautiful flawless finish.

Do you gals think it would work well on older skin, or is it more of something for younger unlined skin?

I love the loose powder also. I am 31 and am getting some fine lines, and it works great. I do have to use under eye concealer too-pesky undereye circles! Does anyone have any good concealer that works wonders?

MrsC, if you are fair skinned I would be happy to send along a blush that is too light for me. It is called "sorbet" and it is a light pink with peach undertones. I also have one called "Dusk" that doesn't work for me....tends to turn a bit orange on my skin. It might be good for someone with Mediterranean undertones.
