I think just Gai has smelled the Angel Rose so far Erin. No place that I've been has had it yet. I know Swimmie has also made a couple of trips to smell it, but they've not had a tester yet.

I finally got in some Demeters today that I ordered awhile back. I ordered a bottle of both peach and jasmine demeter for myself. When I first sniffed the peach before spraying, it smelled chemically, and I thought "Oh DARN it!!!" but I sprayed it on a bit later after I had taken a shower, and after about 2-3 minutes, the chemical smell completely dissappeared, and now it just smells like a wonderful, orchard peach!!! So right now, I'm wearing both the peach and the jasmine layered together, and I LOVE them! I've actually had them on for a few hours now, and can still smell both clearly!

I also bought the orchid, lavender, and strawberry ice cream, and love them also. I think the orchid smells really lovely to wear, and I think the lavender would be perfect for spritzing linens with! My favorite is definitely the peach though! I'll be wearing tons of it this summer!

I guess I'm just so used to the Hanae Mori lasting forever that I expect everything should be able to. I can always smell it the next morning. I use the Angel lotion and that last forever too, I only got a couple of hours out of the Le Lys unless it was just my nose. I'll have to give it another shot and ask someone else to sniff me. I'm tempted to go buy the Rose tomorrow and take it back if I don't like it. I'm really itching to try it!!

Ok, today I picked up Angel Rose, Hypnose, In Control, and Armani Code! I love ALL of them! They smell so fresh and springlike! I think I would wear the Armani Code for evenings as it has a more seductive smell. The Angel Rose smells very feminine to me with just a hint of rose. Not a strong rose like I expected, and I can't smell the Angel underbase on it like I can with the other Angels. The In Control is just a really fun spring scent, and I would wear it during the day. The Hypnose smells very sensual/romantic to me. All 4 are definitely very wearable and fresh.

I went to Sephora today, I had the kids with me so I couldn't play for too long, but I tried on the Bvlgari Jasmine and really like it a lot.

Oh, and my Sephora doesn't carry Angel, so still no hippie-dirt-rose-picker for me.

LOL Gai, I read it as nose picker every time someone types it!! How did you like Rose by itself?? I finally got to sample it a Nords today and really like it!! I already had my Hanae Mori on because it was an unplanned trip to the mall, but they blended together nicely. I'm glad I liked it after all the effort I went to to sniff it, it would have sucked if I hated it!! La Rose is on my list, I would have bought it today if I hadn't already splurged on a new purse today!!

I still haven't seen the L anywhere to sample it. I love the La Rose, but I'm SOOOO hooked on the Lancome Hypnose now!!! Out of the last 4 I bought, it's the one that just really makes me smile, and seems to last on me. Lancome has it in box sets right now, in preparation for Mother's Day! A box with a bottle of perfume, tube of shower gel, and tube of moisturizer for a really reasonable price.

Greg's still hooked on the Innocent and Pink Jasmine, and likes me to wear one of those though. So I still wear what I like during the day at work, and at night and on the weekends, I wear the Innocent or Pink Jasmine for him.
