and I'm so sore today!! I've gained 5lbs. since Thanksgiving and have been feeling so sluggish lately so I decided to get out my Leslie Sansone Super Challenge (4-Mile) DVD last night.

It was so easy before but last night, it kicked my butt!!

I'm vowing that in the new year, I'm going to exercise more. Not to lose weight necessarily, although that would be a bonus, but to be healthier.

I love that Super Challenge DVD! I have it too, but alas, it has not seen the light of my t.v. in MONTHS. Maybe I should blow the dust off of it and get my rear in gear.

I was just realizing this morning how bloppy and sluggish I've been feeling too. I have not stepped on a scale, but I just feel physically ICKY.

LOL! Yup... I started back to the gym a while ago and it's not quite showing results yet. Seems to take me about three weeks of workouts to make a difference in clothing, for example.

I'm thinking I may bust out the Pilates DVD's!!! I just love Pilates but have never done the DVD's -- I attended classes and then sort of picked my fave sets and do them at the gym. Ooooh, and stretching! Love/hate stretching!

Actually, me too, can you believe it????? I've been sick on and off for almost two months, and when I'm well, the baby's always sick, so we haven't babyjogged regularly in awhile!!!!! We went around the lake today; only once for 3.5 miles. Tomorrow we'll do seven!

You'd think I would have packed on the pounds, but I've actually lost about 10! I'm getting too thin in fact-I'm not bragging folks at all-I know this isn't healthy...I'm 10 pounds thinner than my avatar photo, and I was a healthy but slender size 4 then. Now I'm wearing size 2's and I'm 5'7. The thing is, I'm eating, not dieting!!!! Anyhow, my doc's going to do some blood tests to make sure I haven't gotten anemic while I was sick... I feel good though...

Gosh, I hope you find what's causing you to drop weight!

I think I have found something to help you gain it back, though -- just say the word and I'll have some of my "padding" sent your way. Ahhhh, if only it were that simple!

LOL! Too bad we don't come with conveniently placed zippers so we could take on/off or rearrange our "padding" at will!!!

DH made his world famous Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownies last night, that helped quite a bit!!! I could have just strapped them onto my rear end though, of course why deprive myself of the pleasure of eating them!!!!

Oooh, that'd be pretty useful to have zip-packs for my padding... I'd zip it into storage for sometime later!
