There seems to be quite a few of us who are wanting to lose weight and need the motivation from others. What if we swapped emails and instant messenger id's so we could keep in contact and give support as we need it?

Great idea!! Which IM do you use?? I've got an AIM and a Yahoo Id!! Last winter and spring we posted a daily workout log and everyone put up what they'd done each day. Like the one that gettinghitched started today, that helps a lot too.

I need to lost like 30lbs and really need the motivation too!!! No more morning PT to make me work out, now I have to do it on my own and the lbs are just adding up!!! What a great idea!!!
