Anyone use any diet aids to help them along the way? Im NOT talking about "weight loss pills" because diet and excercise gets the results...Im talking about an aid, maybe a suppresant or something that had viatamins in it? Anything work for any of you?

Anyone use that one viatamin brand (cant remember the name?) suppresant..in a blue bottle, they ma..ahh Ladies one a day I think it is ONe aday diet something??

Zak, I just started Herbalife today. Cell-u-loss and Total Control. It TOTALLY worked for my friend. She went from a size 8 to a size 2. I really just want a kick start to get me motivated as I'm sure you do, too!!  I'll let you know how it goes.

I have a friend that used to work for Herbalife so I order it from her since she still has contacts there. I think you can order it from www.herbalife.com or from various websites on the net. Or on eBay as a last resort. It's safe to combine the two. You can go onto the Herbalife website to check it out. Total Control helps speed up your metabolism and suppresses appetite while Cell-u-loss helps with skin appearance. Go read about it for better info!!

I am taking some stuff that a "nutritionist" gave me called D5 It has a website listed as www.neuroreplete.com It seems to really curb my appetite. Either that or the extra water the nutrtitionist has me drinking too. But half of the day goes by and I forget to eat. Which actually kinda sucks cuz I am supposed to be getting like 5 small meals in a day.

Sleep better, no migrains, happy pills, no hunger, etc. Hope this helps. I have high blood pressure and cannot take anything that speeds me up, this does not.

Okay I just reread your post when you said you started takikng them...3 days ago...am I correct and you already lost weight? Was it water weight? Sorry If I sound hyperventulated, I mean if this stuff helps out then Im going to order it PRONTO!!
