ibchick The Black Orlov Registered: 10/14/03 Posts: 4441 Loc: La La Land filled with Ashas	Anyone use any diet aids to help them along the way? Im NOT talking about "weight loss pills" because diet and excercise gets the results...Im talking about an aid, maybe a suppresant or something that had viatamins in it? Anything work for any of you?

She went from a size 8 to a size 2. I really just want a kick start to get me motivated as I'm sure you do, too!! I'll let you know how it goes.
