Hi. These folks also sell on ebay Pompeii3 Jewelry and that's where I first found them. I purchased something from them and it was great! No problems. I did not have to return it, so am not sure how good they are with returns.

It's hit or miss with them....most of their diamonds are poor quality imho. I purchased a ring from the mgr. That ring had been purchased from Pompiee3, and a memeber here unloaded that piece of crap on the mgr. You can call me SUCKER!!!

The general rule of thumb is that you get what you pay for... if its cheap don't expect a perfect quality item. I've bought things from questionable ebay sellers and for the price I paid I've been satisfied. If I had paid anywhere near retail, I would have been furious because the quality was subpar.

I should add that the item I wanted was "made to order" for me. They do advertise I1 diamonds, but you can request a better quality.
I wanted a 5mm wide burnished band with diamonds (Etoile style), and they made it for me with no problems. I did have to pay a bit more for the upgraded diamonds, but it was very reasonable as I recall.
I purhcased two bands fromt them, one had to be returned (NOT heavy enough ) and got lost bc they operate from two separate locations, make sure when you deal w/them to check/re-check their addy purchasing is one, returns PO box.
