Just a stupid lil' vent...
I went for my post op followup today and the doctor told me I still have 6 weeks before I can get back to lifting weights and exercising hard.

Yeah, you have to remember outside of those 4 lil cuts, You are Missing an Organ! There are a lot of different systems that have to get the memo and take up the slack. Plus with the removal of an organ, I am sure the inside has to heal. You would not want to hemorrhage or something. You just gotta take it slow. Luckily mine was taken out in November so I just got to lie around for the holidays and eat anything cuz I no longer had a gall bladder to make me sick. Sorry, that did not help, but had to share.

Thats ok!! I'm just not a patient person!! Guess I have to be! I definately don't want to have any problems.
