Not sure this is where I should have posted or not...
Since I am on the playground all day, the dress code is sweats and sneakers. Does anyone have a fave ebay seller or online store for "nice" sweats and or athletic type shoes? I bought a pair of New Balance shoes, not sure if I love them or not. I don't think they're designed to wear all day long I have horrible feet.
I don't want to look like a slob so I'd like to find some decent sets to wear.

Do you have a Shoe Carnival in your area? They often have "Buy one get the 2nd pair half off" sales.

I recommend LLBean sweats-you pay more but they last forever. Sometimes you can find them on eBay.

If it's cold in your area, I recommend good athletic sweats with a lining, Nike, Underarmor, etc...

yes it is cold some days and will be for a while. I haven't seen or heard of "shoe carnival" possibly because I'm in the sticks. I really only have access to online type shopping. No time to travel to the city

Have you tried Zappos.com? Free shipping and free return shipping.

I can live in Nike Shox or Brooks all day. There is a Nike outlet in Naples that currently has the slip-on Shox for $40 (down from 90). I can go look for you if you like. They look like this, but have either white or light blue swoosh/bottoms.

Those shoes are like Butta...

I also can't live without my Danskos, White Mtn and Birkenstocks.

Wow I'm lost in a sea of shoes on Zappo's...
the play ground is mostly sand or tire chips...Maybe my fat legs will get more in shape.
would you recommend those shox in that environment?

7 I'd look for some Danskos. They rock! Also, if you get wood chips in them, you just slip them off and shake 'em out. They cost about $100 but they are well worth it! Zappos is great- just do a search for Dansko and you'll see lots of styles. I like the closed-back clogs.
