Actually, I'm going to start doing this on a weekly rather than daily basis-I'm having so much fun enjoying the warm weather that I'm just not indoors enough to get on the computer, or if I'm home, I'm conked out...

Still babyjogging about 7-8 miles per day, and now the pool is open, so I've started swimming again

Lost my favourite pair of Maui Jim sport sunglasses that I ran and even swam laps with (hate goggles). Any suggestions for a really good pair of sports/swim sunglasses?

SecretSquirrel-are you training for your next triathalon???? Swimmie, is your knee better? Pooks, are you still doing physical therapy????

Hi CaraMish! I am training for my next Tri! It is on June 10th (the day after my 38th birthday!)! Today I ran 3 miles... in between taking care of kids and job interview... just got back from the Jazz Festival and am really buzzed... yikes... must crawl to bed...

Oh, how fun!!! We just don't have Jazz Festivals where I live... sigh... Monster Truck Rallies, we've got plenty of those...

Today we babyjogged 3.5 miles...Had an afternoon gulley-washer, so our afternoon 3.5 has been cancelled... Maybe later tonight I can sneak down to the pool and do some moonlight laps...

The Sacramento Jazz Jubilee is one of the largest dixieland festivals in the World!! We don't go for dixieland... we went to hear Bonerama and heard Zydeco Flames, too. My friend is in Bonerama and they are awesome! They're from New Orleans... Totally cool... they're on iTunes if you want to check 'em out!

Thanks for asking Cara! My knee is about as good as it's gonna get without surgery. I'm running about 3-4 miles 5x a week. As long as I stick to shorter distances I do okay. Yesterday Jeff and I did a 7.8 mile hike ALL HILLS! Ack!! I feel it in my butt today, lol, but my knees seem to have help up okay.
