At 50 carats I would expect the measurements to be in the range of 20x22x13mm. Setting such a stone into a basket setting with side baguettes is reasonably simple to do. Fabricating the head [if a premade one can't be found] is also simple. [easier than making a teeny one! at least you'd be able to see what you were doing without magnification!]
