OK, so I am still trying to make up my mind (can you stand it ha ha ha!) And I have a lot of time since it will be months before I can make an actual purchase. However, I have gotten very curious about something and thought I would ask.

I am considering blue-green color change interlaps, vs. tanzanite interlaps. I do love tanzanite color, but I also love the fun of color-change stones.

So... does it tend to be... in the blue range while indoors, and in the green range while outdoors? Vice Versa?

Also, I am terribly curious to know if Mr. Interlap (Oooooo, I don't recall his name... Taneiki? Sorry if I have killed it too badly!) has other color change stones. We know he has blue/green color change, Alexandrite (which tends to be green/reddish-purple in my experience,) Sunset color change, and lavender/blue color change.

Might he be hiding any additional color-change stones between his couch cushions somewhere? I once had a color change CZ that went from GLORIOUS Tanzanite Blue to a sort of bright electric purple (Man, I miss that stone.) Does Q-purple do this or might it be some other color? And how about other colors? Peach to Green? Yellow to Orange? I want to know if there are other color-change Interlas we have not seen yet!

I realize that this is a slightly older post, but I just got one of Wink's lovely blue/green color change stones (amongst some other lovely sparklies!) and I find it to be mostly blue. So far we've fully lacked sun here in the delightfully dreary Pacific Northwest, but that's no surprise this time of year... but anyway, I don't know yet what it looks like in the sun. To me it looks a heck of a lot like the irradiated blue/green diamonds you see, but a hair less teal. It looks a bit bluer under fluorescent lighting, and a little greener under incandescent. I sure am hoping to see some more teal/green tones in the sun, but who knows how long it'll be til I can test it! Hope that helps if you are still pondering one

Hi Tricksi thanks for the welcome Yep, sure do. Juan of Van Graff is making me a custom antique style setting w/ a 7.5 mm Interlap asscher center stone. It's hard to be patient and wait for it be done.
