I got this from an estate dealer on eBay. It has the most beautiful light blue sapphire in it, and it sparkles like mad! And the filigree is wonderful. Here are a couple of pics:

Thanks everyone! Anozira, I really don't know what color it is, I don't think I've ever seen a sapphire that shade of blue before. SapphireCats, the seller is Burgin Rarities, I think their eBay id is Burgi-n. They get some really gorgeous stuff, and they have layaway, which is always a bonus for me.
