irenemarie, i saw a pink sapphire and white gold band the other day that made me think of your wedding set! imagine how many you could stack with your set!!

Oh I know! Actually, when FH went to pick my rings up the salesman was already telling him that for anniversary ideas etc.

I think the mm depends on how wide (or narrow) your ERing is, and how long your fingers are. My mom always wore a very narrow ERing with a wide band, but a few years ago, she had a diamond set on her band, so now it's a solitaire on a wide band. My ERing is 3mm, and I think I'm going to start with a 3mm eternity band - the emerald and diamond one I have posted before.

And then I had a great brainstorm... Tiffany's Celebration Rings come in blue sapphire and pink sapphire with alternating diamonds. I'm thinking when I become a mommy, I'd like to put the blue and/or the pink with my ER. Will just have to convince FH that being pregnant deserves several thousand dollars in jewelry!

I've never been pregnant but I stand by the idea that it is totally deserving!! I mean...ask him if he can do it himself and he'll know it's a lost cause for him! Hehe!

I think it should for sure be deserving of any kind of sparklie,,, and I've never been pregnant either.
