That is how I gauge my weight too...

I have been able to get on the treadmill for at least 30 min every day this past week. So far this week is going well too. On Monday I did close to an hour. Yay me!

I walk/stints of jogging on the treadmill while the baby take a nap!

Eek, Bling, I'm sorry I helped derail you with those m&m's. Past two nights I've been walking with my friend from work. According to her pedometer, we did 10k steps on Monday and 9k steps last night! Now if I can only get back on the salad train, but my tastebuds demanded fried chicken strips last night. \:\( FAIL. I need a food cop to follow me around and whack me whenever I pick up something I shouldn't be eating.

LOL. Maybe we should start a thread entitled, "Anybody want to be weight-GAIN buddies". Subtitled, great recipes we all love and enjoy. :-)

I'm so disillusioned about my personal weight loss, that I'd happily join weight-GAIN buddies.

I haven't weighed myself recently, but my new clothes are getting tighter

I couldn't seem to lose any more after the 21 lbs. lost by May/June so totally lost my motivation.....again.

I guess I'll be a plus size gal forever

*hugs* Isabel. I know what you mean. I lost 30 lbs last year, which is a good start, but I plateaued and I've been hovering around that level ever since. I know why, but motivation isn't what it used to be.

Don't lose hope! And don't forget that you deserve to love yourself no matter what size you are. \:\)

Thanks for the hugs, LemurGirl \:\) After following the same routine for almost 6 months, it was as if my body said, "No more of this s**t." Feed me some real food!! And I did

I really believed that idea promoting that you could change your behaviour by sticking to a program for 31 days. Not in my case. Good food is my drug of choice, it seems.

I can totally relate... \:\( But if you do it 20lbs at a time and then just maintain, you'll end up keeping it off easier....

Think positively. \:\)

So it's healthier and maybe more successful in the long run to loose weight and then maintain for a while and then go back to loosing weight again? If so, then I think I can do that.
