I'm a wuss too. I hate needles, get upset when I have to go the doctor or dentist, but I may be able to suffer through it for some ta ta's!

I agree about the braless thing! I don't wear one at home, but if I go out the door, I have on a bra. I hate to see women without bras. Unless of course they have great bodies and are beautiful then I just hate them!!!! JK

Well, yes and no, you gotta watch for signs of infection, of course they give you mega doses of antibiotics 1 day before the surgery, during the surgery, and after.

Capsular Contraction can occur over time. I've had mine since Dec of 2006 and I'm pretty much safe from capsular contraction since my breasts are seriously as soft as the real thing. Capsular Contraction causes "basketball boobs" like Victoria Beckham and they become hard and umm unnatural.

Even if they have perfect bodies, I still don't want to see it. If I can see a nip through the shirt, then something is not right in the world. LOL

Don't be jealous, Deb. My dad was actually disappointed when he saw them do the VS fashion runway show on tv. They were way thinner than he remembered from my magazines. Too skinny is not attractive, believe me I'm trying to pack on some pounds.

Capsular Contraction is based on individual bodies. On how you heal and how bad you scar up. If you have any keloids (ultra thick scars) I would highly suggest not to. One way to try and minimize this is to have the implant put under the muscle as opposed to glandular placement (in the breast tissue itself). Also non textured implants as textured implants seem to scream to the body, "hey grab onto this!"

Of course they could always do subsequent surgeries to remove the capsule, but more than likely it will return.
