I agree about the braless thing! I don't wear one at home, but if I go out the door, I have on a bra. I hate to see women without bras. Unless of course they have great bodies and are beautiful then I just hate them!!!! JK
Even if they have perfect bodies, I still don't want to see it. If I can see a nip through the shirt, then something is not right in the world.  LOL

Well, yes and no, you gotta watch for signs of infection, of course they give you mega doses of antibiotics 1 day before the surgery, during the surgery, and after.
Capsular Contraction can occur over time. I've had mine since Dec of 2006 and I'm pretty much safe from capsular contraction since my breasts are seriously as soft as the real thing. Capsular Contraction causes "basketball boobs" like Victoria Beckham and they become hard and umm unnatural. oooh, yikes! Is there anything that can be done to try to prevent that?
