Gemcat:

1. Type something in the welcome note box.
2. Hilight it and then select B for bold on the tool menu below it.
3. Keep it hilighted and then under Format pull down menu...select Heading 2 or 3.
4. Also while it is still hilighted make sure to select the align center. The reason you may not be able to see it is because it may be too far to the right, so make sure to center it with the align center.
5. I think you will be able to see it then...if not hilight it again and make sure to select text color keepinging in mind that you have a blue background...so don't select blue.

No, it didn't work. I'm wondering if it is because I'm using a Mac instead of a PC. Sometimes, that makes a difference in other things.

Sorry, I cannot find that on the edit listing details page...where is the drop down menu? I am blind!

Go to the "my account" tab on DB.
Click on "my active listings".
Click on "edit listing".
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "edit details".
Over to the left you'll see the following headings:
Title
Description
Email
Price, and then
Store front category.

To the right of Store front category there is the drop down box to choose your store category.

I only see the details,price, city, state, country..but NO store front category........

Did you already create categories in your store? You have to do that before they show up on the edit listing page.

To create your store categories look at the bottom of the page of your store where the StoreFront Manager is. Click on the very first tab "Categories".

You'll see at the top where it says "add a category". Type the category you want to create in the box, then click save. And just repeat that process until you've made all the categories you want to have in your store.

and my storefront is activated. I signed out and then signed back in and still no storefront category drop menu
