ok, so the lobster ravioli from trader joe's was good, but it wasn't as good as olive garden's but it did satisfy the craving

well, that's what's important, right? *^_^*

We are having baked chicken, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce tonight (I have a craving for the sauce... LOL)

i think my enchiladas SAVED MY LIFE last night!

i had all the ingredients except tortillas, so i stopped at the store on my way home from work. after the store, i got back on the freeway, and right at my exit there was a 6 car pile-up w/ ambulances and cops!!

so i think if i had just gone straight home w/o stopping at the store i could have been involved in that!

something similar happened to me on the way home from work one day - well, it wasn't for food, but i arrived at a bridge that had collapsed on the highway ... i was very thankful for that "inconvenient" stop i had to make

anyway ... i was at the commissary and i was just about drooling over the sushi ... so i settled for a 12 piece eel roll (with avocados, cucumbers, and eel in seaweed and rice) and another three piece eel/three piece shrimp that .... oh my gosh, pregnant brain ... what is it called when it's just rice and the big piece of fish on top? holy molasses that's my favorite - why can't i remember the name???

anyway - my husband is going to be home late tonight so my son and i will have mushroom/cheese tortellini and veggies *^_^*

i'm making cheesy eggplant casserole
