That's more than I eat. I eat frozen or pre-cooked. Take out on weekends. I do have a SIL who cooks EVERYTHING from scratch. Nothing is ever out of a box. ::sighs:: She works full time too, sometimes doesn't get home til late and still finds time to cook. She said what she is on Sundays cooks a few dishes and then freezes them so they have food for the week.
I don't really like veggies much, but I know I should eat them.... so I try to eat some each day..... some evenings dinner is just a handful of nuts, a piece of cheese and raw celery or cauliflower..... you'd think I'd be slender like you..... used to be..... but no more! I eat LESS than I used to, but time marches on as they say. I like the winter cause DH will make a huge crock pot something on the weekends and then I can eat on that for the first few days of the week... I just have to remind him that I don't like everything to be three alarm fire hot....spicy yes...... remove the skin from your tongue... no...
I LOVE Indian and Thai food.....wish I knew how to cook those............... I think the Tasty bites that I eat are supposed to be eaten on rice, but I almost never do - that's what I had last night - A Tasty Bite Lentil something and a piece of bread.
