my son is allergic to garlic, so he can't have the broccoli that you make, but i might make it for myself tonight, hehe, i will make him some more veggies but i really want that with my rice tonight *^_^*

the one we got (ok ... so i don't know if everyone's is like this since this is the first time i've seen one in action) ... it has a timer and settings you can put on it and then it has a warm setting after it's finished cooking ... seriously? i don't have to think about it.... at all?

i just talked to one of my friends about it and she said that she love the slow cooker because no matter what you throw in there it comes out tasting good (lots of veggies with any kind of meat that you have with some olive oil, salt and pepper) - hehe i'm excited

i made salmon last night. my DH usually hates fish...but he loved last night's salmon and completely cleaned his plate.

i got the recipe from recipezaar, and it's called the ultimate salmon fillets recipe i omitted the sour cream and the cheese and used extra miracle whip dressing and added 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
