DH made a great shrimp Creole this eve. Damn that man can cook!
He is from Louisiana and in his younger years he worked on a dredge with a lot of (Acadians) and he picked up some really yummy stuff. He does a lot of smoking too. We both love to cook. I only like it when I can create something nice...I hate to cook just because I need to eat … I’d rather have a bowl of cheerios.

i went to high school in texas, but just a hop away from louisiana and we had some good eats down there, too! what other school lets their biology class take a couple days off for the school wide crawfish boil? *^_^*
