oh no - it definitely works haha *^_^*
just giving you a heads up that for me the white tips didn't dry as quickly - when i ran my finger down the nail, it seems fine, but then after doing something about thirty minutes later, i noticed that both my thumbs looked kind of odd - one tip looked almost wrinkly and the other looked like it had been wet and i mushed it on something ... they both still felt dry to the touch though ... they don't get tacky - but you can't do serious stuff for a while (like removing the sticker of your son's ginormous bouncy ball) i still keep looking at my hands - i can't believe how easy it was for me to do my nails this well!

well, like you said earlier - i'm wondering if it just took longer to dry because of whatever the incoco stuff is made of ... i tried it over the white polish that put on myself and that dried pretty quickly (it says to wait 2 minutes after putting on nail polish and it should dry it withing 1 minute) and it did - just not the incoco stuff

Okay, so I just tried the Insta-Dri, and I don't like it with just the white Incoco tips. Maybe it looks better with a nail polish underneath, but it didn't achieve the look I was trying by just wearing the white tips... I think it was too shiny. Anyway, I tried a bunch of different Essie colors with the white tip underneath, Marshmallow, Mademoiselle, and Ballet Slippers. I liked Mademoiselle the most, but it's so close to the Fairy Dust and First Love Incoco kits that I wouldn't waste my time painting and drying my nails if I can just use the strips from the kit. I also tried a few clear colors. Sally Hansen Insta-Dri, which I already said I didn't like for this look, OPI Start to Finish, OPI Matte Nail Envy, and Essie 3-way glaze. The OPI Start to Finish was okay, but made my nail bed look redder than it is and was also very shiny. Essie 3-way glaze was less shiny, and the OPI Matte Nail Envy was obviously matte! So, I'm debating between using the Essie 3-way glaze or OPI Matte Nail Envy over just he white tips. Basically, its a matter of how much shine I want. I'm going to give my nails a breather and do them Saturday, so I have a couple days to decide!

I did it just now. I like how easy it easy and no mess But I don't like the color so much, too sparkly, I like pale/nude colors too. I used the french mani 'silhouette'. Which 1 is the one that doesn't shine so much, again? Tks for this tip, besides the color I like the look, hopefully will last on my fingernails
