DH took me out for Chipotle's last week (I had a Burrito Bowl with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guac, so no tortilla, like a good LC observer ) and then afterwards while walking around the mini-mall...we discovered a little bakery that sold sugar-free, flourless cupcakes

we bought a choc cupcake to share (it was $4 and a smallish cupcake, too!) but it was delicious.

now i'm obsessed with finding a recipe on the internet. anyone have any links/recipes/tips? my dad's birthday is this coming tuesday and he's diabetic. i'd LOVE to make a flourless, sugar-free birthday cake for him <3

I've been making various flourless/sugar free muffins, and my family loves them!

I also made a sugar free cheesecake that was to die for!! My DH keeps begging me to make another But it was so good, I was having trouble with portion control so I'm hesitating to make it too often!
