Another wonderful gift I've been hit with when I woke up this morning is symphysis pubis dysfunction. Can you say OWWW?! For those that don't know what SPD is, it's when the cartilage in the front of your pubic bone begins to separate. It feels like my pubic bone is being ripped in half. Unfortunately there's nothing to be done to get rid of it. Yoga and stretching might help, so that's what I'm hoping for. I remind myself what a wonderful gift I'll be getting in less than 3 more months. It keeps me going. $;\)$ _________________________ My Diamond Bistro Items For Sale
