Okay...I started today. I took drops this am and am doing my two days of loading. This is going to be interesting! I'm trying to wrap my head around gorging myself, but honestly the worst that going to happen is that it won't work and I'll have gained a few pounds. Best case scenario I start dropping the weight. This is going to be one wild ride!
Congratulations! Be sure to load good and you will not be hungry. I also had a hard time wrapping my head around it, but the weight just fell right off.

Thanks for the support. I'm about to order an embarrassing amount of chinese food. Wish me luck! LOL!
I dropped a bottle off to one of the ladies doing it with me and we are both pretty excited. The other one will get it Monday...I hope to report excellent things.

Good luck e.taylor! I am looking forward to reading your results. Congratulations to everyone and their success! Just curious how many years has this diet/plan been around? Thanks!

I got through day 3, 1st 500 calorie day. It really wasn't that bad, but it would be easier if I didn't have to make a cheesesteak for DH and pizza and icecream for the kids!

I'm so sorry! I'm looking and trying to see if an epsom salt soak would be permissible. That's excellent for detoxification and die off, as well as having the magnesium for relaxing the muscles. I can't imagine it would be a problem...but I'm certain you also want to do things by the letter.
I have definitely gained a bit, but it seems that's common in the first few days.
