Here I am again, obsessing over your ring! I love the ct. weight of the stone, too! So I decided to order the Trinity, center stone in 9x7mm and sides in 6x4mm. I'm hoping the cutout EC Trinity I crafted (thanks for the idea, btw) is actual, ACTUAL, size of the Ashas! I wear ring size 6.5 and have average length fingers, and judging by yours, I think I'll be fine. I must admit that I am surprised to say that I wasn't liking the smaller center choices. Anyway, thanks so much for your suggestions/opinions! Please let me know if you have any band suggestions for the Trinity.

MGR- When people ask will you tell them the center stone is an EC or a Krupp? Besides the windmills, I cannot tell a difference.

Probably not, unless they're sparkly dorks like me! Of course I'd be happy to if they are willing to discuss but most people's understanding of cuts are limited RBs (how big? is it a D/IF? haha) and I think an explanation on the variant of the EC would make their eyes glaze over. I've had prior experience with this when I wore my Contessa ring with the OEC. My family didn't even care about the history of the OEC or why it was flashing more colored light. Can you imagine!!

okay - what's so much greater about the krupp? so are you basically saying that my ec is not going to sparkle enough to be believable?
