Wow, that would surely stand out! I LOVE the top, but the bottom doesn't do it for me. I have always loved Tulle though, so I could see a big fluffy skirt on my wedding dress one day.

Strapless seems to be the norm these days, good for you, going for something unique. I love the cap sleeves idea with a sweetheart neckline! love this one Gown !!!

You know, I never liked strapless dresses at all, I always imagined something with off the shoulder sleeves and a neckline similar to Belle's yellow gown from Beauty and the Beast, but one day when I was out dream shopping and just discovered that my favorite La Sposa gown with the cap sleeves looked HIDEOUS on me, I saw this, and despite the fact that there isn't a stitch of embroidery or decoration on the entire thing, I thought the cut was what set it apart, even though it's a strapless. So, here's to hoping that some day when I get it altered, they do it right so I don't have any arm pudge poking out! I just thought I'd share this with you though. =)Not all strapless gowns are totally boring! With such a simple dress and neckline though, it totally opens up my world in terms of neckline sparkle accessories!

Miss Cassie you are so darn cute! You will look amazing when the boy finally asks and you get to walk sown the aisle. And for teh record, I did not see one ounce of arm pudge.

Hmm... how do I describe it.... it's not actual pudge on my arms, but the part where your arms and chest meet and when they don't alter it right you get that sort of "muffin top" effect near the armpit area, and that's what bugged me the most about my friend's strapless dresses! They all had the squeezed in chest with the pudge stuff on top.
Lol, yeah, and I purchased this dress over two years ago when I found it and fell madly in love (after calling my BF and getting his okay with it of course!) despite that it wasn't a thing like any of the dresses I had saved on my computer.
Strange how I'm on the boat with everyone that I don't usually adore strapless dresses, yet I ended up with one!
Man though, if my grandmother had saved her wedding dress from the 50's though, I would have asked her for that! Long lace sleeves and tea length skirt, oh it was so darn pretty! Would have needed some major adjustments in the chest area though, she's a lot bigger than me.
