The Bahamas is part of the commonwealth realm, not the UK, so I would say no it doesn't fall under the no UK rule. I'm sure Less will clarify however.

Oh my goodness... the idea of getting a H&A Mira within a year.....please please somebody sort out a way of getting them to us!
My E ring has a lovely 6mm moissy in it but i've dreamt of the day of getting a real diamond which I totally can't afford...and now the idea of getting an H colour, H&A stone that is durable (why I never went down the asha route for my ring even though they look to die for) is just TOO EXCITING!!
