I'm no help here since I think this ring would look great with either shape.

I did find real life pics of this ring with a round here, also more pics on pg 1.

And her matching band that is a similar shape to the one you are looking at here , and yes, the band you picked out will look great with the e-ring!

I love cushions but I like the round as well. I think you should try dropping both into the setting. Ask the jeweler to do that for you with one of their stones. Then it should be easy for you. No one had ever put a round stone in my setting when we purchased it and not a day goes by has someone not mentioned my ring. After losing my center stone I feel like I've lost a limb. I'm enjoying your research and shopping. My husband and I took an entire year to find my ring.

Yeah that's right, Tacori uses f/g in the bands.

I love both too Gotrocks! Haha
I had seen that other band too, but I like the one that's meant for my ring better as it is the matching piece and interlocks into place. Not to mention the sample piece made the set sparkle like crazy!

I had thought about buying the cushion after we placed the order for the round, so I could try placing both as you said...but now since the round is stuck in limbo I'm having second thoughts. Who knows how long it would take to get here. BF is getting really uneasy about our purchase due to all the hiccups. frown

I understand fully. I've had a fuming man on my hands since July 3rd and now with the UPS issues I may need to carry nitroglycerin. Perhaps I'll sneak a prozac into his bourbon this evening. lol. smile Me and you......we seem to be in the same stalled boat.

Thank you! I was in love with this option because I saw it ... and he was drilling into my b / f to the head lately. Persistence really pays off! haha.
