well ive been on the seller end of this dilemma so i can see both sides...i wont make any comments or judgements but i will say that when i had an issue with a ring wink worked on, he had me send it back via his fedex account (from canada $$$), which i was not expecting but it certainly spoke tons for him and his business and means i will definitely be a forever customer

and they said theyll cover the shipping and theyll fix it...problem solved...mistakes happen
