well ive been on the seller end of this dilemma so i can see both sides...i wont make any comments or judgements but i will say that when i had an issue with a ring wink worked on, he had me send it back via his fedex account (from canada $$$), which i was not expecting but it certainly spoke tons for him and his business and means i will definitely be a forever customer smile

and they said theyll cover the shipping and theyll fix it...problem solved...mistakes happen wink

Same thing happened with me and Images. They set a stone in a setting for me and forgot to size it before sending it out...they let me ship it Next Day with their account on their dime and must have sized it within the hour of getting it and Next Day shipped it back to me that same day.

This was WAY above and beyond and not saying that this is what you should expect by any means but paying all shipping and duties is not your responsibility when it was the sellers error.

It is not really the sizing issue I am worried about. If it were just the wrong size I would have it re-sized locally. It is the crooked prongs that are the real issue.

I am so sorry that this happened to you and with your e-ring especially! Thanks for the heads up, I am shocked at their customer service and I am making a mental note of it for future purchases...

I just don't understand why they are making such an issue about it, it is very clear that the workmanship is not acceptable, you would think that they would be apologizing and going out of their way to make it perfect...

Keep us posted and I hope that it is fixed soon and without anymore complications for you...
