Down another 3lbs, which makes 30 since January. I have another 20ish to go. I got this crazy idea to start training for a marathon I think the increased cardio will help the last 20 come off quicker as I tend to bulk easy when doing weights.

That's awesome! Training for a marathon will definitely help you lose the last bit. I think I lost 15 pounds in 4 months when I started running, and it wasn't even for a marathon!
Ok, maybe I should start a new thread on this but I need to ask the ladies in this group something.... Are your rings getting loose now that you have lost some weight?! Its summer time and my rings are loose! I am happy to have lost the weight but I just got my palladium Vatche set and am upset that it is almost falling off my finger and spinning around like crazy... It happends really really bad when I am inside at work (they keep it really cold bc we have lots of machines that have to stay at a certain temp).
I just HAD to share... just got home from a run, and a bird pooped a big one on my head!!! Haven't even jumped in the shower yet, but I to share first! Ewwwww.
Okay, but I did run for 30 min. I am on a mission to get back into shape and drop a few inches!!!
EWWWWW, that happened to me once. I was walking into class and as I walked under the door a pigeon dropped a big fat one. I was surprised at how bad it smells!
maybe you can get ring guard solution for your set?
