but what about their kangamommas? aren't they upset when you take their baby away? Isn't it healthier for them to nurse than be supplemented?

Great question!!

The mommas are hand raised also. So very tame!
I let the babies nurse for 7-8 months,..then raise them!!
The last mommy,....My amazing Grace joey,...the mommy dropped her on the ground out of her pouch and looked at me like,..HERE!! I am done!! Take her please!! lol!!
She spent the rest of the day cleaning up the inside of her pouch after I took baby!!
The formula is specially made for them from Australia,..carers that rescue them over there use it.

Now I would never take one from a wild roo!! lol

LOL!!! I love the blue marker pictures!! Reminds me of my one pen & pencil chewing dog. Actually, I can see my two little dogs faces in your photos. I have a silky terrier, a yorkie poo and a pit bull. Weird combo? Yes.
I've always wanted a coton, but I wasn't able to find one at the shelter... and, back then, coton breeders wanted thousands D:

When our "packs" are raised together, I don't think anything can be a wierd combination. I have my toy poodle, a mixed rescue (20lbs) and a overly huge geriatric doberman...hahaha

KC--is that a Newfoundland that she is playing with in one pic? Is this also your dog? I am used to big dogs, but just recently got to meet a few Newfoundlands, in person, and I just am overwhelmed by their shear size.

They are enormous!
I pulled into my local dog park when I saw a lady pull up in a mini van. She opened the side door and 4 Irish Wolfhounds jumped out. I stood there in the parking lot with my mouth open like a child who didn't know any better.
I don't think I'll ever forget that day, hahaha

Cute dog photos! kangaroocrazy I love your cotton!! I was considering one (son has asthma) and then decided to get a Havanese (only because I couldn't find a multi colored Cotton). He is also hypoallergenic and a hoot.

+1 on the toy poodles. I have 2, I used to be a big dog person until I rescued a poodle and she is the best thing that ever happened to me. I rescued another 2 years later and he is the riot! I have never met a dog with as much personality as him.
