LOL! Yes, I know what you mean. My fiance freaked out when I jokingly told him that I was going to get mine done like that. All super hard and blown up to the point where the skin 'naturally' looks shiny, hahaha! Ahhh that's kinda gross. If I did get a boob job I'd just go up a size or two since mine are already "medium-large"

Mine got worse Roo. It used to be way less noticable, but my DD prefers one over the other, and now that one is even bigger, and that was the bigger one to start with anyway. crazy

I had a tummy tuck in February. The scar is long across the front, but really low, so I can't see how it would ever show. The good part was that by pulling the extra skin down, the surgeon could remove other really ugly surgical scars and all my stretch marks. It wasn't an "easy" surgery, but not nearly as bad as I thought. I had lipo at the same time and the lipo is worse than the tummy tuck. That was like being beaten with baseball bats! However, they both were *priceless* to a mom like me who had twins that were 6 lbs each. I looked like a deflated balloon even 10 years later.

I've also had my nose done. It was crooked, large and downturned. It was the classic "witch nose". Now, my nose looks just like my teen daughter's.

as much as I hate my stomach after my daughter (I was skinny, and small, and the baby was pretty big, so skin was all stretched out), if I have the money and the guts, I would get a butt implants!

I got nothing in my trunk, and I hate it!

HAHAHA!! That is too funny! Best use of the word "exhilarating!" grin

I always flirted with getting a nose job because after you get it done once, there isn't maintenance, right? I don't want to have to keep going in for, uh, refills like when boob implants start to look jacked up or saggy. Problem is, I have the EXACT same prominent nose as the other women in my family and it's a part of our identity. We definitely have the same profile and you can tell we are family. I haven't decided if I would feel relief or a sense of loss if I switch to a perky, cute nose.

question though, while we ponder the subject. Would you rather spend the money on a new sparkly or on some enhancement?? if you could only have one...

I would choose a new sparkly! So as much as I hate the saggy girls, I like bling more!

I could see getting a breast lift and one of those really good (and expensive) face lifts where you end up still looking like yourself but more refreshed and radiant verses pulled tight and fake.

There's the "lifestyle" lift thats shown on tv for people who have sagging jowels/double chins. I wonder if it works? It would certainly be an option to consider if neck/chin sagginess was a concern.
