I have also had nothing but a good experience from Moissaniteco. I have purchased 6 items so far and all have been very good quality.

I have purchased my all time favourite ring from the "one time discount section" which had to be sized up for me and is a halo with diamond sidestones. The quality of this ring is just as good as all the rings I have had made from scratch in my size. I have examined it and it is perfect in every way.

To the original poster, it is good you have shared your experience and I hope you end up with a beautiful ring.

Here are pics of the ring being discusses if anybody is interested (and to be clear this is the actual ring, not just the same style)

The customer contacted us a few weeks after receiving the ring stating he had some concerns. We replied back the same day. The customer wrote back with a list of the details of the ring he wasn't happy with. We replied the same day and asked him to please send it back for us to take another look at it. It arrived a week later and we sent him an email to notify him.

This particular style is made by Unique settings of NY. We sent it to them with the list of instructions, and we required that nobody but the head of their production should work on the ring given the list and the specific details that it included. Unique Settings obliged. On a side note, Unique settings makes jewelry for most of the larger online jewelry retailers including UnionDiamond.com, Abazias.com, JamesAllen.com, WhiteFlash.com, DiamondNexusLabs.com, ExcelDiamonds.com, BetterThanDiamond.com (the 3-stone trellis), etc.

It did take a little longer than we had hoped to fix the ring (about 1.5 weeks) but it was necessary in order to have the right people work on it. Once completed we had several people including myself closely check the ring against the list that was sent to us, a few pictures of the ring for future reference, and we shipped it back.

If you are still interested in upgrading the center stone to a Mira Moissanite, please see the link below. At the time you placed your order in August, we didn't have cushions available, but we do have them available now

ummmmmm, so what's the issue exactly? That's a GORGEOUS ring! Is that pre or post correction? OP, you're still not happy with it?

These are pics taken right before we shipped it back the 2nd time (first of September if I remember correctly).

I have noticed that my ring catches a bit sometimes but isn't that somewhat normal? The prongs seem smooth and tight around my center stone. I've not worn a ring like this before but I imagine that any ring might catch from time to time. I'm new to this so just curious.

Don't you mean Hadley?

Quick off topic question. Do you have something in Scott, LA? That is where my order was shipped from two weeks ago. So confused by that crazy

All of my prong rings have done this. Even the best ones have pulled out a few hairs! eek

LOL Thanks, BabyMilo smile I figured it was normal. Haven't pulled my hair out yet but when it does happen, it will be well worth it wink
