I purchased my ring and pendant from them too. Great quality, poor service. I had sent a few emails recently, and got fewer answered. I have reservations about going through them again.
Not only unanswered emails, but having to send several emails while ordering to get one question answered. Would be 10000% easier with a phone service. And not near as many misunderstandings.

I agree. It seems like people do not always realize that there is a huge price to pay by going internet only or even selling via internet. Customer service has to be top notch. The advantage of a store front is that even if your customer service is subpar the buyer can still see the product first to determine if there is a good balance of product quality to customer service. On the internet, customer service is your front line and product comes second.

To be fair, in my time on this forum I have to say I've read bad comments on just about every vendor on the board. Whether it be about poor workmanship, bad response time, lost emails or just down right bad customer service. With that said every vendor has always gone above and beyond to address any complaint filed against them. Despite reading bad things I would not hesitate to to order from any of them or recommend them to anyone. In fact I'm really curious to see how the OP's story will play out, I really hope moissco contacts you further to rectify the situation. If you got a deal on a specific ring and it couldn't be sized correctly than it shouldn't have been sized that small in the first place, just IMO, and that should have been disclosed to you. I think its important to know that sizing can change the look of any ring, every ring I've ever had sized never looks as quite nice or any ring I order I feel never looks as nice mostly because I have big fingers, I really hate it.
Anyway it really saddens me that you don't feel the same joy I feel when I look down at my ring that was originally ordered from moissco. I truly hope you find exactly what you are looking for and that your future wife will feel the same joy when she looks at the beautiful ring she was looking for. Best of luck and keep us posted! Also feel free to hang around and ask loads of questions, the members of this board have a wealth of information and love to share.
PS I also hope that she will be ok posting pictures for us to drool over at some point.. Us BTDers love pictures!

I have tried two orders with Moissanite Co, a few years apart, and both have been negative experiences. Reading how everyone gushes about them here, I came to believe that it was "just me" and that I must be the crazy one. I've never said this here because it isn't fair to give a company a black eye if it's "just me," and because I try not to argue and burn bridges in life. Now I'm wondering if this was wise of me, or if I should have spoken up earlier??? My first experience was an anniversary band. My question before ordering was, "I need this to be low profile so that the stones don't sit higher than the top of my engagement ring. How tall is this ring, from finger to top of stone?" I was told 2mm. Twice. From two different CS reps. What I received was a whopping 3.5mm high and unwearable with my engagement ring. I contacted customer service about a return and they told me that I'd be charged shipping and restocking because the band of the ring on the UNDERSIDE, at the palm and without stones, was 2mm like they said. I went up to a management level with this, and got the same response. I tried a third and fourth time with management, and both attempts were ignored. After I'd cried enough, I just returned it and swallowed more than $60 in shipping and restock fees, just to be done with it. I included a letter to this effect with my return (a fifth attempt at communication), and no one responded. They just charged my credit card the additional restocking fee, and I didn't even get notification or a receipt of that. I recently tried again with them because everyone here speaks so highly of this company and I really thought it was "just me." This time around I got another anniversary band and I'm happy to say that the measurements were correct. But the prong work is of a low quality, with only some prongs touching the stones and other prongs free-standing. It catches on towels, sweaters, my couch, etc. It's wearable, I guess, but I'm just not happy with it. I couldn't bear the thought of going through what I went through the first time, so I just let it go. Again, arguing and burning bridges isn't what I want to do. Perhaps it truly is "just me." Perhaps I have some sort of magnetic field around me with this company in particular (I haven't had any of these problems elsewhere) and that's why I batted 0 for 2. Or maybe people like me need to speak up more? The end.

They have ALWAYS went above and beyond for us, and everything we have gotten has been spectacular quality. Hopefully they resolve this so you can be happy with your ring!

My favorite head scratching moment was when I asked what the color the difference was between an enhanced and unenhanced moissanite. Chris replied back that they don't grade the colors and instead included a photo comparison but with no labels to know which was which. I replied back, "which stone is which, there are no labels?" to which he responded, "the enhanced" *rolls eyes* LOL, this reminds me of the live chat conversation I had with them. I felt like I was talking in circles, asking simple questions but getting vague, cryptic responses. I never did get answers to my questions. Still, I've never been anywhere where customer satisfaction is 100%, I doubt that any such place exists. I've heard enough good about Moissco that I'd give them a chance after being VERY clear about the return policy and exactly what I wanted. In the case of receiving a ring that is misshapen and unable to be fixed, can you return the ring and dispute the shipping/restock fees with your credit card company? You shouldn't have to live with a crooked, misshapen ring...that's ridiculous.

I think that's wonderful, and I'm truly glad you've had good experiences. I do think you should consider the fact that you're a many-time repeat customer with a VERY visible way to showcase and review their rings, though. I'm at 50% success with them right now. I was told by a member here, on another board, many times to bring the issue here and see if the owners would respond. To me that indicates that some preference is given. Just something to consider. I think any review, good or bad, should be treated fairly. There should be no preference given. And edited to add, I am considering ordering from them again. But then posts like this happen and scare me. To the original poster, I hope your ring is fixed to your satisfaction. When you order something new, it should be right--the first time.
