Wow thanks! smile I have conditioner here so it will be no problem to make up a mix for my ACV rinse. I'll try it tomorrow and report back on the results. I can't believe I'm so excited to find a possible cost effective, mostly natural solution for my dry pouffy hair.

I can just imagine what my husband will will think when he sees the shower filled with numerous bars of soap, a condiment bottle, and a bowl (instead of a jug). He might think I'm eating the soap in here with a side of ketchup. grin

lol! you can also bring in a bowl of brown sugar and a papaya. The brown sugar to use as a body scrub, and the papaya to use a facial peel.

Oooooo... any good links on using it for a face peel you can share? I'm kind of interested.

I don't have a link, it is something I learned a long while ago. But just the inside of the peel on your skin smile Leave it on a few minutes and then rinse with water. When you work up to it you can leave it on and forget about it,but to start it may irritate if you leave if for too long. You can also do a mashed pumpkin/ honey/asprin mask. It will exfoliate and leave you super glowy looking. For that just dissolve 6-8 uncoated asprin in a few grops of lemon juice and mix into mashed pumpkin and add some honey. smear on, leave 10-20 mins and then wash off. smile

Not to mention the smell of vinegar...... grin

Btw, don't worry about your hair smelling like vinegar, it goes away when your hair dries!
