Oh, that's easy.

To re-create my e-ring with an Amora pear cut and to have the setting changed to a euro shank at the bottom. That's all. Totally doable in a few years when the cut comes out, but in the meantime there are other bits of bling I'll acquire in the meantime to keep my happy. ^.^
