I've had these stones for a while, waiting to find the perfect settings. I went to NYC for the weekend with some sparkly friends (who have been there many times before) and they took me to the diamond district in Manhattan to find settings for my (and their) stones.... can't tell you how much fun this was! These would pretty much be my Christmas and 10 yrs anniversary (next month) gifts and probably every other holiday I can think of for the next few years.....

I've had the spinel stone the longest, but I think it was worth the wait. All are set in 18k wg with good quality diamonds. Please don't look at the prongs too closely because they haven't been polished or rhodium plated yet... their "polish" guy that they trust with colored stones wasn't available, but I couldn't bear to leave them, so I'll just live with "unfinished prongs" until I can get back to NYC (hopefully in the spring).....

4.69ct earth-mined natural apricot spinel (very difficult to find this color spinel in this size)

2.41ct AGL certified (gentle heat only) vivid pink sapphire from Sri Lanka

Yes, that is an inclusion that looks like a black line, but it's not visible IRL without magnification.

My friend took the photos and I have a few more, but I have to tend to "chores" so I'll post some more views later.

Cool thing about the pendant is that it is an enhancer, so it can be worn with pearls or on a heavy chain.
