I know exactly what you mean about feeling grown up...

A few weeks ago we went to my in-laws' house (two hour drive, so we don't go often) for an afternoon visit. At lunch my boys are sitting at the table. The 5-year-old says, "mama, what's this?" and points to THE TABLECLOTH. I say well, that's a tablecloth. "What's it for?" asks the 7-year-old.

We REALLY need to step up our grown-up game in my house.

Hey guys... just going to tell you all that I'll be missing for the most part til after the new year....

Hubby has just informed me that tomorrow will be our last day of work til Jan. 2nd 2012!!!! EEEEKKKK!!!! I'm so excited... he works so hard and we so need to take some time off.... So I get to spend the next 2 weeks with him just spending time together for the holidays...
