Cool idea Poppy... I'll post my east west marquise and yellow sapphire here....

14k rose gold east west setting .... the marquise was purchased in a setting that didn't do a thing for the stone cause she is very pretty with an amazing warm color about her.... she looked bigger with a measurement of 6x4... she weighed in at .40ct....



she's a total go to piece with these two bands for a rhr....

My Christmas gift this year... I'm still counting down the days....

.... when I first ordered the sapphire I was thinking diamond halo with split shank just plain metal.... I was looking at maybe 6 or so different settings and then ended up not getting any of them.... Poppy knew what I was looking for and knew I wanted the halo... so she picked out three settings and this one was the third and I flipped over it.... just loved everything about it and Hubby did too... so that's how my yellow sapphire ring came to be....

14k white gold .60ct diamond I believe... G/H color fully cut I'm thinking SI clarity or better on the diamonds as well... with the 8mm cushion totall 3ct...

I've been wearing my very own "Amcor Rose" ring for the past several days because it really is just soo soooo lovely. It originated when a ring from a website was posted in the jewelry forum and I started photoshopping it with colors. Then Poppyseed did a BETTER job with photoshop and I was hooked. I quickly got a quote for Amcor to create the ring for me . . . and the final result totally exceeds my hopes and expectations!

8 mm peachy pink moissanite with irradiated green diamond leaves and diamonds in shank.

Gorgous rings ladies!!! Roo your sapphire looks like it shows such interesting color changes in different lights. It must be awesome to see and admire this when you wear it. I love the bold gold. Go big or go home!

The stone always looks like it's on fire with such an intense orange glow..

... and for the band to be so big and bold you would never know you had it own if the sapphire wasn't throwing sparks at you from all angles...
