I think you must have gotten a dud! Your Mira looks slightly worse than my unenhanced 3ct RB. Would you not give Mira another go?
You really can't beat the sparkle from a moissanite. Wear a ring because you like it... Ignore ignorance...

I skipped all the way to the bottom of this just to say... in the pic of it next to your Moms diamond... your stone looked whiter then your Moms... don't know what her color grade is but she should not be so rude even if she is color sensitive.... just sayin.... I think it's the cut that made her think funny about the color...

I did not care for the color, and am now worried that I am color sensitive and another stone will have the same issue. I think I am going to have to hold out for the Amora Gem!! love this: "Wear a ring because you like it... Ignore ignorance... "!!

Asha round brilliants are hearts and arrows cut, so basically like the best cut diamond you could buy! I am sure you will love an Asha if you are colour sensitive

wow, you did? I definitely thought the Mira looked many shades darker. Could be my monitor though. So did I. I looks noticeably darker and more yellow than the diamond to me.

My 1st Mira (7.5 mm) was from the 1st batch- before they were screening for dichroism (2ndary color). I could see green in the stone in certain lighting- I'm also very color sensitive. I exchanged that Mira for a new one. My new stone faces very white. On rare occasions I see a very light buttery color. We had several rainy and overcast days and the stone remained very white. I showed it to some co-workers and diamond owners and my Mira looked very beautiful next to their diamonds. They told me not to bother telling people that is moissanite, to enjoy it, and let people think is a diamond! If the color bothers you exchange it for an Asha until the Amora gems are available. I considered an Asha too, but decided on Mira because I'm very hard on my rings. Hope everything works out for you!
