Going into production sees to be the most beautiful 3 words in the English language.
LESS-- please put up some pictures soon. A picture with an Amora gem mounted on a ring and on a woman's finger would be divine!!!!

Thanks to Julie & Less for responding. I look forward to hearing the test results. I also hope that the gems come up for sale this year.

Ouchies, the idea of chopping up a perfectly good cut moissy made me wince a little I'm sure they can use one of the moissy's that fails the cut/color criteria that they use for selecting Amora moissanite now. No one will be too sad to chop up an oddly cut/colored stone, lol.

Do you have a picture of this ring--it sounds beautiful. I think the cushion cut Amora gem is going to be amazing. I'm eating chocolates and I can't stop. If I continue this gluttony--there won't be a ring that will fit me. Why do people give each other chocolate at Christmas? As if we needed the calories!! Burp.. I know this is late, but I just now remembered you asked to see the sad looking mock up of my future ring, lol. I'm thinking something like this...unless I ultimately decide on no sidestones... sorry it's huge and not cropped so there's white everywhere...didn't realize before I uploaded it into photobucket I haven't seen any cushion centers with square brilliant (or princess) sidestone rings anywhere, so it's kind of a crapshoot as to whether it'll look good or not...but I love the mock-up!

Oh I like that Spaz!!! Are those going to be cushion cuts or princess cuts on the shank? Methinks it will be fantastic!! Will you wait for the Amora gem? I'm going to TRY and wait for the Amora gem before I order my Solstice. I can't justify spending $500 on an Asha as a fill in stone--unless I can use the Asha elsewhere. I don't know if an Asha can be set twice without wrecking it.

Actually, they'll be square brilliants (square like a princess, but with a different cut pattern on the inside) because that's what moissyco has and I think they are gorgeous in small sizes (don't want one for my center stone). I loveeee the square brilliant eternity bands, so that's part of the appeal to getting a shank with them on my e-ring, so they'll match. You know, it all depends on when the boy decides to propose, lol! As much as I love Amora gem already, if I can't get one by that time then I'll probably just get an Amora-ized moissy...then maybe get an Amora gem down the road for another e-ring set or something. I want to say I've read about girls on here that have reset Ashas successfully...not sure. I understand about not wanting to purchase an Asha if you can't reuse it...I don't want to get one just because I feel it won't have enough color for me But you never know, my tastes change just about every day...
