Our family has always used Dolphin Fleet Tours for the last several years. I don't know about the others, but there are happy looking people coming off of those boats, too, so I don't think you could go wrong. P-town is a small town, so I think any subpar operator would be out of business quickly. With so many tourists over the summer, word of mouth would get out quickly.
