Several years ago i bought a new stone to my jeweler to set. He knew i would bring him stones in some cases he had never herd of. I brought my new stone in a small cooler, explained to him that it is fairly rare to find in crystal form & if left at room temperature would melt, but leave a slight stain & smell. I told him this with a straight face with a little urgency in voice. He said he had never heard of such a stone but wanted to see. With a straight face i showed him the urinite from the cooler. It was cold & a pretty yellow color [actually yellow beryl]. He did handle it with tweesers & when i told him i had an icecube tray of rough at home he cracked a grin-but i had him going for a few minutes-steve...

I was trying to figure that out too! Since he said yellow beryl maybe he just gave the illusion of urine?! Either way, I find nothing funny about it.

To put all at ease, i may have a little side of off-color humor & with regards to the EPA, i did not [am standing in front of pc with right hand over heart] bring urine to my jeweler. It was yellow beryl, but the look on his face was a keeper!
