I have been emailing customer service regarding whether or not a particular cut can be done and after 2 weeks I have yet to get an answer. I have gotten kind email responses in a timely manner, but after several emails and a week of waiting on an answer, I was then told it would be another week before the cutters would be in - which was today, and still no answer. I'm concerned because if I don't get an answer by Monday I won't have a full business day to work out something else with the manufacturer of my ring before the window of custom orders closes.

Should I go ahead and order it and then in case it isn't doable put in the alternative? The deposit will be the same. Not sure what to do. I also have another question, but at this rate I won't get an answer in time for that either. In case you know the answer, can your cutters do a cushion oval shape, and elongated french cuts? And, if multiple small stones of the same shape are needed does each one need its own deposit? I would need 6 of one shape (5x3mm or so).

BTD had let me know they couldn't do tapered french cuts. But hopefully they can do elongated and your gorgeous cushion you had in mind!

Thanks, KJMM! I'm teetering between 2 different rings and a band actually. Which ones I do depends on what shapes I can get. smile
